Since 2008 we've worked to provide sports teams and leagues (partners) with the very best service and product selection in the industry. We work closely with our partners to ensure they have the highest quality apparel at the lowest prices

How to open an account with TPH Sports
We have made a commitment to our partners to maintain the integrity of our distribution channels and therefore have established strict qualifications that all prospective accounts must follow to be added to our account listings. In order to become a TPH Sports customer, we ask that you please submit the following information:

Please note: any information and materials you send us will be used for our own purposes and will not be redistributed to others.
Please print the application. The application must be signed and filled in completely.
Requirements
You must meet all of the following:
- You have a business phone number that is listed with directory assistance.
- A copy of your business license or business regitration.
Please attach all of the following to your application:
- Three current pictures representative of your team's or league's logo.
- A copy of your current yellow pages and/or white pages business listing or agreement from phone company of future listing.
- One picture of your business location and surrounding area.
Please mail or email the required information and materials to the address shown at the bottom of this page. Your application will be reviewed by our staff and we will notify you about acceptance as quickly as possible. (Please allow 2-3 weeks processing time under normal circumstances).
